Regarding your sig - I can't see anything wrong with the image or the code, so I'm not sure. I've had the same problem before though posting images - sometimes you just need to rehost it, and for some unknown reason, that fixes it.

Let's see if it works outside your sig...

EDIT: Apparently not. I'd try rehosting it.
