I have upgrades your forum permissions to Recruit level. You should now be able to see the Police Academy and the operations thread for your new squad, Omega. San Pedro is your squad leader, and Cerrus is the 2nd in command.
Follow their directions and you'll be graduated to official officer status in no time!

Trust me Phil's lair is Unspeakably horrible yet oddly makes the coffee better so just make certain you've a beer handy should you accidentally wake Phil up |
