Welcome to the DHPD eeverybody! I’ve upgraded your status to Recruit and you should now be able to check out the Police Academy board and find the Omega Squad thread. You will be with Omega squad while you are in the Police Academy and your squad leaders will be Drsyntist and SanPedro. Go ahead and say hello there and let them know where you are and they will get you started on your shiny new career with the DHPD.  Here's your first tip: You MUST buy the Free Running Skill next! You will have a harder time without it but we will help you along. We are currently holding Caiger mall so that's where you will find us but without Free Running skill you won't be able to get in unless the cades happen to be low when you arrive. Let us know when you get in the area and we'll try to get you set up. BTW...please change your group tag in-game to "Dunell Hills Police Department" (without the quotes). That ensures that you are counted towards the DHPD wiki stats. Glad you stopped by. We look forward to working with you. |

But you do have very limited skills right now and staying under the radar is the best bet. If I were you, I would try to find a Fire Station and see if you can find a fire axe. That would be a good first weapon. You won't be able to hit much with it at first, but at least you won't need to try to find ammo. You can start scanning zombies with your DNA Extractor to start earning XP but be aware that some high level zacks will be able to tell exactly where you are after you have scanned them and moved because of a skill called Scent Trail. If you move at least 10 blocks away though, they won't be able to locate you. There is a largish horde of zombies outside of Latrobe NT in Darvall Heights. You could scan the heck out of them and then move a burb away and they wouldn't be able to follow you. You NEED to get the Free Running skill next. It will make your life alot easier. Don't give up. It's really difficult as a new player but being a part of a group like the DHPD makes it easier. |

shooting, reviving, FAKing, scanning, tagging, stuff like that. You need to start talking in the omega ops thread. It's unconventional, but ZKing has worked well for me when I first started, though it means running around as zed yourself for a while. |
