Howdy, Ray. I'm Fox, here to welcome you to the DHPD. One of these days, an admin will be along to upgrade you (they're slow, you see ) and you'll be all set. You'll be assigned to the training squad, Omega, to start your tenure here, your squad leader there is sam69. Once you're upgraded to recruit, you'll be able to see the Omega topics, which includes the squad thread (where you should check in as soon as you can, and thereafter whenever you take a turn in UD) You can also see the department handbook, which includes a lot of helpful information. As we all know, information = awesome. Srs, yo. Now, as we've told every recruit coming through the door -- this is important information, so pay attention...coffee on the left, donuts on the right. Take a couple. If you want beer, go find Phil somewhere. He always has some. Take advantage of all the materials, and please, for the love of God, try to gain levels faster than me. If you have any questions, ask in the Omega Ops thread and we'll be glad to give you some pointers. And watch out for Sy. He's Australian. Welcome, Fox. (By the way -- who's your friend?) |
