Re: 4+ Spartans in contacts. check how many have actually made kills on your members. There are four of us. Our group is certainly larger, but we have members otherwise engaged. ~BD~: that wedding happened to be my first major engagement with the Spartans, and I remember it fondly Re: Dead bunnies. Spartans have no love for them, but we're not survivors by any means (despite a few alliances). We could possibly be persuaded to leave early if our dance somehow favors the cheaters. But not until we've decided amongst ourselves how you sit in Malton.

As is often the case, I'm a day or two behind the rest of the gang. I was wondering what was up with this new 'threat' top us. Now, after reading through the thread here, I wonder what the big deal is.
There's only 4 Spartans messing with us? I don't pretend to kow all of the PK groups in the game, and for a while now have been absent from UD for a month or two at a time, but a 'siege' by 4 characters doesn't seem to be a big deal.
I like your style, and respect the others who want to go to battle, but I wish there were more of you to be bothered with.
Perhaps my words will come back to bite me in the butt. I guess we'll have to see how it goes. But having been in numerous sieges from zombie/PK groups over the years, I guess I need evidence that there is more than a nuisance here. BD seems to know you, and that counts for a lot. But it seems to me we're just trying to shoot a few wolves in a really big forest.

It's actually getting a little dull. There are so few of them, and the ones we kill don't always get timely revives. I'll pick one off as a target of opportunity, but I'm done actively looking for them.

well, regardless the kill totals will be skewed in their favor since there's more of us than them. It's a favored tactic of many PK groups that wish to boast about K/D ratios. They bring so few that while they sit and recoup AP on the dirt, we have nothing to do. then they pop up and kill 1-2 before they buy the farm again.
or they jump from NT buildings...

Big forest indeed. I know I personally havent seen a DHPD in awhile >.> As for being so few of us, Spartans have never been a large group. Yes the numbers will be skewed toward our favor from simply having more targets, but we havent come to flaunt a high K/D ratio at all. YaS and BD should see that from my first few posts here Anyways, I'm personally not as involved as I should have. I've recently started a second job, so my daytime hours are eaten up by that and my nights are consumed by my first job. Right now, for example, I work a 8 hour shift in a half hour, after about a 7 hour shift at the first job and twoish hours of sleep. If I'm lucky, I can squeeze in another two hours of sleep after this shift before I go back into the first job. . . . Not that I'm trying to use that as a excuse. I brought my Brothers here, and I fully expect us to be a nuisance to your operations

I've been informed that there is a complaint about the Rotter's Relief placing the Spartans on a Revive with Caution list. I'm not sure of the context exactly since this came up in chat. We like to maintain good relations with the Rotter's Relief and an individual officer did ask about DNR listing. However the RR have always made it abundantly clear that they are neutral and that the most they can do is list someone as "Revive with Caution" and we have to supply them with evidence of persistent PKing behaviour within the borders of OB for them to do that - as far as I'm aware no such evidence has been supplied in this case. I believe a new system is being debated internally but this has yet to come into effect.
Having looked over the relevant threads both here and on the Rotter's Relief forum I have to say that as far as I can tell any trouble you are having with them seems to have a lot more to do with ZombiePalin's past history with the Rotter's Relief than with the good relations they maintain with us.
We know that, as a matter of policy, they revive all comers, and we respect and don't try to interfere with that.

Purple Cat, Thank you for supporting our view of neutrality. Your support and respect of our group's policies is most appreciated.
Dear Spartans (and everybody else), Rotter's Relief has decided that we will no longer revive confirmed PKers and Zergers. Confirmation is done by our administrative and management group. As a simple rule, as long as you have yourself tagged on RG with a bounty of over 20, please don't step into our clinic. Chances are, our personnel will invite you out nicely. Non-members may treat you otherwise even though we emphasize strongly on behaving civilly in-game and meta-game.
If anybody has differing views or wish to banter over the issue, drop me a PM. Chances are, I won't be hanging around this thread too often. T.T
~Cheers!

In the same post I see natakaasd confirming their groups view of neutrality and a notice that they are no longer neutral. So I'd like to just make sure, RR has decided to make it group policy to no longer revive PKers?

Excellent - I hope RR deal with the zerger in their own ranks in the same effiicient manner.

If you have a problem with the RR or wish to ask questions of them can I suggest that this happen on their forum. Natakaasd has already said he will not be checking this thread often.
I'm on the border of Owsleybank and Grigg Heights, if you're having trouble finding me. I've always enjoyed a game of cat and mouse, even when I'm the mouse.

If you're looking for revives, you can always try Salopia Row. near Latrobe NT (ya know it's the NT Palin was in earlier by Caiger Mall)
Or you can designate one of your members as a reviver, hopefully aother player that isn't on the hunt as od yet, since only having three of you to target would really be boring.
It seems I forgot to post here friday, but count me in on the hunt. And i was going to suggest to you Magnar that you try playing at work on a Windows Mobile phone like I do, but I am starting to get into this hunt, and don't hate you guys enough to subject the horrors of Windows mobile on you.

No more revives for PKers.
We have our ways of dealing with matters.

P.S. Anymore discussion regarding our policies, feel free to post on our forums or PM me instead.

Given the spirit of the battle, and how the other DHPD squads are to protect Dixie from us muderous types, I've decided to focus my portion of the campaign to recognize the efforts of these fine DHPD officers. Dr Snow, Alpha SquadDEADLY034, Charlie SquadForgive me if I have the squads incorrect, but we're going off our own records and checking your wiki on occasion to verify. Did pass up a Dixie though earlier.
