I created about four characters on the same computer and I forgot that only a certain about of AP points can be used on the same IP address and I'm out in the open so my character by the time I get anymore AP points might be dead so I might need to be revived. My character is now somewhere in Owsleybank and I don't know my exact coordinates.

with your recruit status on the board, you can go to request a revive in the Officer Down thread in the APB board.

I think he's requesting a revive for an alt.
If you're going to have character A in the DHPD, it would be best if you move character B elsewhere- ideally two or more suburbs away from the DMZ area.
