To be honest the question of who is or isn't a DHPD member hasn't really been an issue before, outside our internal record keeping on the forum.
When I went to look I had something of an "Oh Boy! This is going to be fun!" moment. My advice would be to count anyone flying our tags. I mean, if they want to impersonate us they should take the rough with the smooth, right?
