I'm Captain FaMz, director of Field Operations for the Dunell Hills Police Department. While I understand you have a valid concern, however there honestly isn't much we can do.
Anyone in this game can change their group affiliation tags to whatever they like. The DHPD is a fairly large survivor group, and unfortunately that draws a lot of attention from both Zombies and PKers alike. These individuals are specifically doing these killings to give the DHPD a bad name. As it has been previously stated, our wiki pages have listed our complete roster, known impersonators, and individuals in which we have warrants against.
Retaliation against them is a viable alternative. We've been blasting these yo-yo's out of existence on multiple occasions, so they get upset and move on. However, as it looks like you stated, retaliation against actual members of the DHPD is a big, fat, no-no.
I'll see what I can do about sending a scouting squad your way, but I have no promises on that. Our officers are spread pretty thin right now, and we're trying to do what we can to secure a few areas to take a break for a while and restock.
You have my sympathy on the matter, but you honestly only have two alternatives. Return the favor and take these guys out habitually, or move on out of that area until it's safe again.
