To The DHPD

At least three of your officers have been been murdering Survivors in Nixbank (where I reside): Mr Yoshida, Axel Rodley, and Stewart Beauchamp and many others (I was personally assaulted by the three I've listed) Over the past week, Officer Yoshida has been enforcing all sorts of laws and policies. He killed three people, claiming that they were women and they were not covered properly that he was a member of the DHPD's Islamic law enforcement unit-so non covered women had to be killed.
Also, he killed me in the church, claiming that being in the church was a violation of Sharia.
He's been frequenting the hospital, and killing wounded survivors.
Axel Rodley has been shooting people right and left, claiming that the DHPD has annexed Nixbank. I don't know if you people have annexed Nixbank or not, but why are your officers here? You're the DUNELL HILLS police department!
I asked Officer Beauchamp if the two were impersonators, he told me that list was outdated and that the two officers were now certified DHPD members. After that he shot me for being a zombie spy. I've asked other survivors about DHPD attacks and they're all telling a similar story: DHPD officer shows up, people die and it's not just those three officers from what everyone I've talked to is telling me. I don't know what's going on, I'm not a pker, impostor, insufficiently devout Muslim, infidel, fornicator, spy, or any of the other things I've been called before being shot by your troops. A few people are thinking "why would the DHPD attack us? these guys must be imposters.."
I really don't like the DHPD, not after my home was sprayed with DHPD slogans that glorified slaughter and mayhem.

We deserve an explanation, we did nothing to the DHPD of Dunell Hills. We just want to live in peace...
