Can someone please give an explanation for this...

I've blocked out my character's name...it's not relevant...but this screen shot was, of course, taken from another character. I just would like to know why echojack was killed, and for what intent...I aslo whitnessed another killing yesterday, and can show proof of that shooting as well...
