I've upgraded you to Recruit and assigned you to Omega squad, the training squad. Sam69 is your squad leader and Sanpedro is your 2iC. You should now be able to see the Police Academy board which includes your squad operations threads (Omega Ops) and "Newbie Help" thread by Jackboot Johnny which covers lots of the stuff he found useful when he signed up. The board has a Departmental Handbook subboard I'd also recommend you take a quick look at, since it outlines our policies and procedures.
Can you put your UD Profile link into your forum signature. This will help revivers identify you in queues and so forth. Can you also change your group affiliation in your UD Profile to Dunell Hills Police Department (note the number of ns and ls). Sam and Sanpedro can advise you on leveling up etc., but we pretty much always recommend people prioritise buying Free Running with their first 100XP.
