I've upgraded your status to recruit and assigned you to Omega Squad, our training squad. Sam is your squad leader but I think he's away for the weekend, as is his 2iC so you'll be taking orders from Jackboot Johnny until Monday. You should now be able to see the Police Academy board and I suggest you go introduce yourself in the Omega Ops thread there. I also recommend you take a quick look at the Departmental Handbook sub-board (of the Police Academy) since it outlines a lot of our policies and procudures.
Can you put Dunell Hills Police Department as your group name in your UD Profile and can you put a link to your UD profile in your signature for this board (this last bit help revivers find you). I'm sure Jackboot will have lots of advice but buying Free Running with your next 100XP is likely to be top of the list.
