I've upgraded your account, and you should now be able to see more of the boards. I've also taken the liberty of putting your UD profile link in your signature. Go ahead and add "Dunell Hills Police Department" as your character's group.
You'll be allocated to Omega Squad, our training squad. They'll get you up to speed with how the game works and give you some assistance in speeding up your level progression. Pop in to the Police Academy boards and say hi, your Squad Leader Sanpedro and his 2IC Cerrus will set you up.
