I've upped your status to Recruit and added you to our training squad, Omega. You should be able to see more of the board now, so head on over to the Police Academy and post in the Omega Ops thread. Your squad leader Sanpedro will have you set up in no time.
If you haven't already, go ahead and add "Dunell Hills Police Department" to your character's group tag.
Regarding your sig - I can't see anything wrong with the image or the code, so I'm not sure. I've had the same problem before though posting images - sometimes you just need to rehost it, and for some unknown reason, that fixes it.
Let's see if it works outside your sig...
