Well, ideally you guys could search there for syringes (what with rates being as outrageously good for survivors as they are), but you'd have to bounce south of the border when you were done. I'd make sure the point north of it was VSB.
But the whole idea is a sort-of forced separation, where we don't bother each other in our respective suburbs, but rain hell on those of my or your guys that are in non-friendly territory.
I like this idea, but I may have been watching too much LOST lately and letting that seep into my brain...
