Hello osWolf. I've upgraded your status to recruit, opening up more of the board. I'm going to hold off on upgrading you to full officer until one of the older hands vouches for you (i'm assuming from your original post that you were an old officer, hence the message you recieved).

edit: I would suggest checking out the forum memberlist and looking for an officer/s you remember and would remember you and sending them a PM to come vouch for you. Sometimes posts like these get passed up by the old-timers
