  A. Very active = online daily or more
  B. Fairly active = online 3-5 times weekly
  C. Less active = online 1-2 times weekly
  C, although I may surprise myself and come closer to A.

Origionally? I think I just stumbled on it while playing. More recently I got a "please come back e-mail" and am bored at the moment. Plus I can't remember where to go to get de-Zombified.
