We are the Dunell Hills Police Department. We are the ones who managed to piss the Dead off enough that they turned all their efforts to us as opposed to all of Malton. And we are the ones who have survived and adapted enough to outlive their threat, and the threat any other horde may present to the safety of the civilians and department members within the DMZ.
