Traditionally I think Kevan ignores zerg reports from the public in the interest of impartiality... but yeah, this one is so blatant I can't imagine him passing it over.
Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised at all if he picks them up via his own methods. I'd bet these characters will simply disappear within a few days.
