Hello gentlemen.
My name is William Lanfried. I'm currently the director of warfare in the UBCS. One of our members, Salvatore V, posted this on our forum:
The DHPD would like it if you stopped or halted the War against Umbrella while you are in Caiger. Any more killings will most likely result in warrants placed on all our heads.

Just to clarify it; the war between UC and the UBCS ended about a week ago. Some of our members have been shooting at members from Umbrella, but they did it in the belief that the war was still going on. They have been informed of it, so there shouldn't be any more incidents.
