Terrible news,
The UBCS as you may or may not have known was temporarily at a cease fire with Umbrella. Negotiations were immensely dangerous and treacherous! but no matter, Umbrella staff waited patiently until every member was sick of being courteous and waiting for a simple acceptance of a name change and wouldn't in the mean time dropping Umbrella from there name.
The staff were incredibly angry and suspicion arose that the UBCS negotiation parties were stalling while the UBCS rearmed, regrouped and revived. We grew sick of the ignorance we received and thus drew plans to attack before we were lead into a cloak and dagger situation. I now need to ask once again for any assistance from all our valiant allies to help us defend ourself, whether that be physically fighting the UBCS or denying to fight for the UBCS, we do not wish to disrupt or de root any long lasting friendships and alliances but we need all aid we can get, even if that's the odd revive, as I know many groups have an anti PK policy and we accept that but as I said the odd heal or revive would be brilliant.
