I'm dr. Zakutu, id 1387021. I'm the ambassador to Plan Zero, The Fortress' Borehamwood division. Codeist knows me and I know him; he proposed an alliance which was accepted. I've taken up the leader role in PZ, though the chain of command is informal. My Fortress alias is Silas Reg.
I look forward to cooperating with the Borehamwood PD. Trust there'll be some cooperative fun to be had.
And we at the BPD look forward to coordinating with our allies to work together for a brighter future in Borehamwood.
