Well, if you can haul ass over to East Becktown me or one of my boys from the EBD will give you a damn good poking. That said, the good folks from the DHPD might be able to bail you out sooner without you having to tramp so far over to my neck of the woods.
If you're comin' into EBD territory let me know and cough up your ID. We'll take care o'y'all. 
I believe the only other place to get one is overrun, though I've not gone and checked myself. But yeah, I was getting a little bored cooped up down there and thought I'd roam about for a little, it did not go as planned.

My current location is Bentley Cinema, West Becktown. I'll be there for another eight or nine hours but I'll be offline during that period. I currently have two syringes. Get as close to me as possible and I'll jab you.
If I don't hear from you in the next eight hours or so I'll be moving positions and in that case I'd recommend looking for a jab at Salopia Row in Darvall Heights or one of the RP's designated on the East Becktown UD Wiki page, preferably one of the more central ones.
