I have only two alts, both in the Creedy Defense Force in the distant East. In addition to your requirements I always keep a full suburb between alts to avoid having to factor the Kevan nerfing thing in on top of everything else. 10mfh changed since I was last there. Love Lois to death but it is not in me to stand down to PKers or promote rotter clinics. I like DHPD's strong survivor orientation. Glad to be on board.
