@ lowman - none of the people you have listed are members of the DHPD. Check our roster on the wiki if in doubt. And yes Brains Monroe is the leader of The Dead (see the stats page if you don't know who they are).
@ kyubey - See above. It's not exactly hard to fake a group's tags, and it's a trick the dead love and have used many many times over the last few years. If you at least had names we could prove this.
