I can confirm that a bunch of DHPD thugs also shot up Gotch PD and various other buildings around Marven.
I couldn't save the logs since I was at a public library at the time of the massacre, but I definitely recognized some of the offenders as confirmed DHPD members.
I tried entering the chat, but the client just bugged out, so I'm posting about it here.
