Presumably Archduke D'oeuvre will do what we all do when we have alts in other groups and keep them separate. Not to mention that he is the President of said Club, and can likely steer away from any such conflicts. As long as we aren't targeted, there's no conflict of interest. If we are, we're taking him at his word that he's not sharing information. How about some kind of non-aggression treaty between our groups? Maybe I'm a little paranoid, but I did once interrupt their group in mid-slaughter when they lit up a theater in an RTS against us. ;D This isn't exactly the place for a Department-wide conversation on our alt rules. However, the good Duke here is not the first new member we've gained after a bloody conflict and as far as I know we've never yet required a non-aggression treaty. We'll take him at his word that he's not sharing information, just like we take every Officer at their word that they aren't sharing privileged information with other groups.
