I like the concept, but the stipulation would be along the lines that you would only target other known PKers and zergs. That means no killing of innocents or even revenge kills if a bounty hunter tags you. While I'm sure the warrant on you will still be on the books, it may keep us from serving it. While I don't have authority on this matter I would like to think we could come to an amiable agreement that helps everyone benefit.
