Well Mr. McGillicuddy, let me welcome you to the DHPD. I'm Bill Turner, one of the three administrators of the board. We're not in charge but act more like custodians, making sure that everything runs smoothly and stays neat and tidy.
You'll be placed in Omega Squad, where experienced Officers will help you scrounge up the supplies you need and give you some tips on the finer points of dealing with the undead. After you've got your bearings, we'll give you the option of joining one of our other squads.
