Complaint on a Member

Hello my name is OfficerChadd in game. While the zombies were coming towards Chudleyton my fellow teammates and i were to follow the order not to fill the generator because of the zombies that were coming we did not want to get attention, a few hours later Jelito came and fueled the generator, 1 hour later the Bristol Building got destroyed, i was luckily enough to get there intime to escape, even though i do not have the first picture where it said Jelito fueled the generator i have a picture of the outcome of the event as stated above, i want answers on why he fueled a building when there are incoming zombies.
