To be fair to him, we do deny the existence of the DHPD Black Ops Squad. He got that much right at least.
As Purple Cat says, he's a bit out of our usual range. As cops, we certainly can not endorse vigilante justice of any kind. That being said, someone inexplicably delivered a box of donuts with your name on it. They might be a bit moldy around the edges, we haven't had fresh flour in five years or so.
