According to the Wiki (updated yesterday) Fort Perryn is not currently in zombie hands.
I've contacted the Wulves, Task Force 141 and Cannonball crew about your plans but, at the moment, the DHPD is involved in the clean up of the aftermath of the Escape and we are unlikely to be able to assist.
You might also want to think about not announcing your plans in public areas in future.
