Hello and welcome Razberry, im Robert one of the admins of this board. First you will need to change your group tag to "Dunell Hills Police Department" (With out the quotes and mind the number of L's and N's)
Secondly ive place your Profile link in your sig and promoted you so you will now see the Omega Squad thread. but before you head that way and introduce your self you should take a look at this thread
