His current warrant was sworn out after he killed a DHPD officer on March 27th of this year. If there are no further criminal acts on his part, that warrant will expire on May 11th. If, however, he contacts the Chief of Police or the Chief Prosecutor here and makes a good enough case, the possibility exists for the warrant to be rescinded early.
